I thought I should post this frosting recipe separately because it's definitely one I'm going to be using again in the future. I like it so much better than the super sweet regular cake frosting. And the great part...you can even decorate with it using cake decorator tips! Not to mention it is soooo easy to make! I'm hooked!
Cool Whip Cream Frosting
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3 Tbsp. powdered sugar
Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar with mixer until well blended. Add Cool Whip. Mix well. Spread on your choice of cake.
