Creamy Sloppy Joes

This is my favorite Sloppy Joe recipe. Just as messy as always but so yummy! It's a twist from the traditional tomato-based Sloppy Joe. I got this recipe from one of my BYU roommates.

Creamy Sloppy Joes

1 pound lean ground burger (I use turkey)
1/2 onion, diced
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce, optional

Brown together in large skillet. Do not add salt! Drain off any fat. Add:

1/3 c. barbecue sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 Tbsp. yellow mustard (more or less to taste)
1 Tbsp. ketchup (more or less to taste)
pepper to taste

Simmer until heated through or up to an hour. Serve on buns.

This looks like the same recipe I use - is it from Tristin? That's the only one we have anymore. I love it!

Yes! It is from Tristin. It's my favorite, too. I don't think I've ever made them any other way since I've had this recipe either. Mmmm...
