Fondants au chocolat


Ingrédients :

100 grammes + 8 carrés de chocolat patissier
3 oeufs
80 g. de sucre
50 g. de beurre
1 cuillère à soupe de farine

Faire fondre les 100 grammes de chocolat et ajouter le beurre.
Dans un saladier mélanger les oeufs, le sucre et la farine.
Incorporer le chocolat et mélanger.
Remplir les ramequins au 3/4, ajouter 2 carrés de chocolat et recouvrir avec le reste de la préparation.
Four 180-200°C.
Faire cuire environ 15 minutes et démouler tiède.

4 ounces + 8 squares of chocolate
3 eggs
1/3 cup of sugar
¼ cup of butter
1 tbsp of flour

Melt the 4 ounces of chocolate and add butter.
In a salad bowl, mix eggs, sugar and flour.
Then add the chocolate and mix.
Fill up ramekins ¾ , add 2 squares of chocolate and cover up with the rest of the preparation.
Bake at 374 about 15 minutes and turn out lukewarm.

yes IT IS! it's better if it's still lukewarm...
PS: sorry for english words. i do all the translation with my dictionary (i really have no cooking vocabulary) so, sometimes words are a little different from what i want to say!
